Shipping

We, at Strain Mountain Farms LLC retain the right to not ship to any state, countries and territories where local laws conflict with the 2018 Farm Bill.

All orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. If there are any changes to processing the consumer will be notified of any potential delays by email.

Note: The consumer will only be notified of shipping delays if the issue is with Strain Mountain Farms LLC, not with the shipping company. Strain Mountain Farms LLC may not always be aware of system issues with the shipping company that we use. We will only notify the consumer of potential delays if the issue pertains to Strain Mountain Farms LLC only.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All orders will be processed in 1 to 2 business days, this excludes weekends and holidays. If there are any changes to processing the consumer will be notified of any potential delays by email. Once the item is shipped the consumer will be sent a tracking number for the package to the email they provided.

Customs duties and taxes

Strain Mountain Farms LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All imposed during and after shipping are the responsibility for the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Strain Mountain Farms LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or email us at Strainmountian@gmail.com. *Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.*

Returns and Refunds

Unfortunately we cannot honor your refund if 14 days has passed since the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flower, food, consumables, edibles, vape cartridges and gummies cannot be returned. Also gift cards are nonreturnable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will be reapplied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: Strain Mountain Farms LLC P.O. Box 143 Seneca Falls, N.Y. 13148.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Strain Mountain Farms LLC P.O. Box 143 Seneca Falls, N.Y. 13148.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for you exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
